Overview

This safari takes you through some of Kenya’s most iconic destinations: Amboseli National Park, famous for its elephants and views of Mount Kilimanjaro; Lake Naivasha, a serene freshwater lake with hippos and birdlife; and Maasai Mara, home to the Big Five and the world-famous Great Migration. The journey ends in Nairobi, Kenya’s vibrant capital.

Day 01 :

Nairobi to Amboseli

Early morning pick-up in Nairobi and drive to Amboseli (4-5 hours).
Arrival, check-in at a lodge/camp, and lunch.
Afternoon game drive exploring Amboseli’s wildlife, especially the large elephant herds.
Dinner and overnight stay at the lodge/camp.

Day 02 :

Amboseli to Lake Naivasha

Early morning game drive for sunrise views and wildlife sightings.
Breakfast at the lodge, then depart for Lake Naivasha via Nairobi.
Arrive in Naivasha in the afternoon, check-in at the lodge.
Enjoy a boat ride on Lake Naivasha and optional Crescent Island walking safari.
Dinner and overnight stay at a Naivasha lodge.

Day 03 :

Lake Naivasha to Maasai Mara

Breakfast and departure for Maasai Mara (approx. 5-6 hours).
Arrive at Maasai Mara in time for a late lunch at the lodge.
Afternoon game drive exploring the vast Mara plains.
Dinner and overnight stay at a Maasai Mara lodge/camp.

Day 04 :

Full Day in Maasai Mara

Full-day game drives with picnic lunch inside the reserve.
Witness the Big Five (lion, leopard, elephant, buffalo, and rhino) and, if in season, the Great Migration at the Mara River.
Optional hot air balloon safari at sunrise.
Visit a Maasai village (optional).
Dinner and overnight stay at the lodge/camp.

Day 05 :

Maasai Mara to Nairobi

Early morning game drive and breakfast at the lodge.
Depart for Nairobi, arriving in the afternoon.
Drop-off at your hotel or airport, marking the end of the safari.
